The draw for the 2012 European Under-17 Championships Elite Qualifying Round has been made in Nyon, Switzerland.
The groups have been drawn but the mini-tournament hosts and dates are still to be confirmed.
The Elite Qualifying Round consists of groups of four playing a mini-tournament over a number of days in a selected host country from the group.
England will face a tough test as they face a notoriously challenging Spain side.
Holders Netherlands will face Serbia, Republic of Ireland and Albania in their bid to defend the title.
Germany, Portugal, Turkey and Bulgaria have also been grouped together, providing a very interestingly contested group for the neutral.

Group 1: France, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland
Group 2: Czech Republic, Belarus, Poland, Luxembourg
Group 3: Spain, England, Georgia, Ukraine
Group 4: Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Bulgaria
Group 5: Serbia, Netherlands (holders), Republic of Ireland, Albania
Group 6: Denmark, Scotland, Iceland, Lithuania
Group 7: Hungary, Russia, Belgium, Wales
