NextGen Series 2012/2013 Group Stage Draw Revealed
The NextGen Series, Europe’s only elite Champions League-style youth football tournament has now confirmed all participants and group draws for the 2012/2013 campaign. Next season’s competition includes all 16 clubs from the last tournament, excluding FC Basel who decided to withdraw. Manchester United are amongst a number of clubs chasing Ajax starlet Viktor Fischer. The 17-year-old finished joint top scorer in the inaugral NextGen Series tournament this season level with Barcelona’s Jean Marie-Dongou.
