England Under 18s Draw With Italians

Saido Beharino was part of the squad that lifted last year's Algarve Tournament trophy.

England Under 18s have drawn 1-1 with Italy in their final game of the 2010/2011 campaign.

Saido Beharino had gave Noel Blake’s side the lead just before half-time.

Beharino collected a cross from his West Bromwich Albion team-mate, George Throne and took advantage of a slip from the Italian defender Giuseppe Prestia. This led to an unstoppable drive into the top corner from the edge of the box

The hosts were looking more and more dangerous in the second half and were rewarded when Stefano Beltrame netted the equaliser.

England gave debuts Conor Thomas, Tom Hopper, Curtis Nelson and George Long as Noel Blake made full use of his squad.
