England will kick off this summer’s European Under 21 Championships against Italy in Tel Aviv.

Stuart Pearce’s men, who have also been drawn against Norway and the host nation Israel, were eliminated at the group stage of the tournament in 2011 when it was held in Denmark.

They will face Italy on 5th June before taking on Norway in Petah Tikva on 8th June and conclude their group stage on 11th June when they face Israel in Jerusalem.

The last time England faced the Italians at this level was a 1-0 friendly victory for the Young Lions in February 2011.
