England Under 17 Squad For Elite Qualifying Round Is Named

John Peacock has named his England Under 17 squad that will compete in the European Elite Qualifying Round on home soil later this month.

The Young Lions host Portugal, Russia and Slovenia to contest for a place in May’s finals in Slovakia.

He told thefa.com: “We are now getting to the crucial end of the season, which we have all been preparing for.

“The prize of reaching the UEFA U17 Finals is a significant one, with the top team here qualifying for this important event.”
