Barclays U18 Premier League: Chelsea Beat Liverpool In Six-Goal Thriller

Daniel Cleary and Adam Phillips grabbed the goals for Liverpool but it wasn’t enough for them to beat Chelsea this morning.

Tika Musonda, Dom Solanke and a brace from Kasey Palmer secured all three points for the Blues to make it three wins on the bounce.

Spurs kept up their 100% record as they beat Bolton 2-1 earlier today. Harry Winks and Lee Miller scored for Tottenham.

Last season’s competition champions Fulham made sure they remained unbeaten as they beat Manchester City in a seven-goal thriller.

Moussa Dembele netted twice for the Londoners and Patrick Roberts and George Williams also chipped in with goals. Jorge Intima, a Cameron Burgess own goal and Thierry Ambrose replied for the Citizens.

Elsewhere Arsenal played out a goalless encounter with Stoke City, Everton edged Aston Villa away from home and Leicester City were narrowly beaten by Manchester United.

Southampton and Reading both won by 2-1 scorelines against Sunderland and Newcastle respectively.

Wolves ran out 4-0 winners against West Brom and West Ham drew 3-3 with Blackburn Rovers.
