Championnat National U19: Araujo Sent Off But Lille Stay Top

This weekend, Lille maintained their seven point lead at the top of Group A following a 2-0 win over Le Havre.

Maki Tall and Richard scored for the league leaders as they finished the game with ten men after Alexis Araujo was sent off.

Fezui Arnaud netted as PSG kept the pressure up on Lille and lead third-place Lens by four points, who won 1-0 against Paris this weekend.

Two points separate the top four teams in Group B as Reims, Nancy, Evian and Metz all celebrated wins this weekend.

In Group C, Tours won 3-1 this weekend to remain top of the league and Saint Etienne lead Group D after a 4-2 win at Clermont.

Group A

Caen 2-1 Valenciennes, Le Havre 0-2 Lille, Drancy 1-1 Amiens AC, Quevilly 3-0 Racing Club, Lens 1-0 Paris, Avranches 1-3 Amiens SC, Arras 0-1 PSG.

Group B

Reims 3-0 Auxerre, Sedan 0-4 Strasbourg, Metz 3-0 Pontarlier, Epinal 1-4 Nancy, Evian 9-0 La Chapelle, Dijon 3-1 Sochaux.

Group C

Stade Rennes 4-1 Colomiers, Niort 1-3 Tours, Nantes 2-1 Stade Brest, Stade Laval 2-2 Lorient, Angers 0-0 Chateauroux, Bayonne 1-3 Bordeaux.

Group D

Nimes 3-0 Gallia Lucciana, Lyon 3-1 Ajaccio, Toulouse 3-0 Andrezieux, Clermont 2-4 Saint Etienne, Bastia 2-1 Montpellier.
