Barclays U18 Premier League: Man City And Fulham Both Win To Stay Top

Manchester City extended their winning run to 12 games this morning as they beat Sunderland 2-0.

They remain top of the northern division of the Barclays U18 Premier League after goals from Kean Bryan and Bersant Celina gave them all three points.

Brandon Barker set up the first goal after he took it past two men before pulling it back for the run of Bryan.

Celina gave City the two goal cushion when he fired home from the edge of the box and put Manchester City on 53 goals for the season – significantly more than anyone else in the division.

Fulham maintained their lead at the top of the southern division after they beat Reading away from home this morning.

They left it late though as Jordan Evans struck in the final moments to complete the comeback after Reading went ahead early on.

Dean O’Halloran netted the equaliser before Evans hit a strike from 20 yards to win the match.
